Rather than running fertility as a department inside a general hospital, every centre is built around reproductive medicine, with its own embryology laboratory on site. The company publishes a network of roughly 120 centres across about 75 Indian cities. That footprint matters more than it might appear for a patient travelling from abroad. A fertility cycle is not a single procedure — it runs over two to three weeks of monitoring, scans and timed interventions, so being close to a centre for the whole stay changes the experience considerably.
